Installation, takes time & patience. some hardware provided is either small or missing. You may need to take a couple of trips to home depot. The rails for sliding doors are preinstalled, so try to fit the box and test it at each step such that you don't need to redo it.

The draws don't give a good clean look, not even close to IKEA desks. If we had a chance to see this before buying, we would not have bought this.

I bought this rug hoping for a deep teal color and before i even opened the package i could see it was wrong. I actually thought i had received a completely different rug than the one i had ordered. It is a light aqua with brown and grey speckles all over it. There isn't any pattern on it either, just the random brown speckles. Also, the edges of the rug were already fraying. When i contacted the company they stated that, after contacting the warehouse, it was definitely the correct rug and some BS about color variance on the computer screen and said if i was unhappy with my purchase that i could send it back, but i'd have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I'm still not convinced that it is the correct rug, and it's defective at that. Shame on the company for their misrepresentation of a product, as well as a sad excuse for customer service.
