After 8 years we needed a new Christmas tree. I was nervous about ordering online but took a chance and ordered this tree. I went with the 6.5 foot tree because thats what we had previously. It had no reviews, but the other tree's that National sells got decent reviews so we took the leap of faith and boy oh boy was I impressed. The packaging is 'idiot proof'. The outside of the box tells you which side to open. I opened the box and saw 3 sections, perfectly wrapped with a stand and extraneous bulbs, all packaged neatly. On top of it all was a note that basically said that if I had any issues with the tree to call the toll-free number and they would take care of it. I had the tree up and lit in about 10 minutes. You can feel and see the quality of this tree, very nice construction. The key to these trees is that you have to take the time to spread all the branches out to make it look 'natural'. This took me about an hour (my wife says I obsess over it, but I like it to look as REAL as possible). The tree looks fantastic and I will be telling everyone I know about the tree and the company that sells them. My one issue was with Amazon. I ordered the tree on 12/2 and asked for 2 day shipping. When I completed the order, my expected delivery date was between 12/10 and 12/12 (thats not 2 day shipping), much too late for me. I was nervous about this and decided to cancel the order the next day (12/3). To my surprise, Amazon wouldnt let me cancel the order. So I was not too happy with Amazon and nervous as to when the tree would be shipped. I got home from work on 12/4 at 5:30PM and the tree had just been delivered. I was so relieved. I'm not sure why Amazon had such a far off date for delivery, but alas, the story had a happy ending. Merry Christmas!!!
