Bottom line is this wine fridge has a design flaw regarding the shelves. If you pull a shelf out half way or more, it can easily fall off the side supports. We discovered this issue when loading wine for the first time and had a couple bottles of wine drop on the floor. With a shelf of 4-5 bottles of wine, having the shelf fall would be downright dangerous so we returned the cooler. It's a shame because the cooler looks great and seems to cool properly. We cannot believe the shelf system passed Frigidaire quality control or even got out of the design department. Really all that is needed is some stops to prevent the shelf from pulling out too far, or simply making the side supports that the shelves slide on a little wider. We purchased a different brand wine cooler for about the same price and it has nice roller shelves which come out half way and can't fall.
