I knew going into this purchase, not to expect a lot.
1st, the instructions are NOT for people who are inexperienced with putting together unassembled furniture. I have put many things together and my first thought was "where re the instructions?" or "WTH". One page with 1 assembly diagram. Took me a few minutes, but figured it out. I did email the seller asking for instructions, only to get the one page.
The finished product appears sturdy, although the tops a screwed on, without markers of where the screws should be placed. So I eyeballed the areas. I don't know if the screws went in 1/2 inch into the tops.
For my personal purposes, I'm sure the tables will be suitable. They may be over priced.

One issue, I am missing 2 sets of the half moons for the trundle. I received 12 bolts, but only 10 half moons.
Also, there is a gash in the wood at the top of piece of the drawer front. I can patch it with putty and use a wood marker to color it.
It's still a beautiful piece of furniture, very rich looking.

After looking for weeks on end for something sturdy and multiple use for my tiny studio, I decided to go with the CM-5260 red. The CM-5260 is groovy! This sofa-bed's padding feels very sturdy and firm. If you happen to prefer a firm bed, this would be a good choice for you. The "Click-Clack" mechanism makes converting from bed to sofa in a matter of seconds. I'm 5'9" and I can sprawl out just fine when I'm lying upon the CM-5260 sofa-bed in bed position. The stitch work upon the unit is well sewn and feels tight to the finger tip. I believe the legs of the bed are of resin material. Also, the legs are conveniently position at the end of the unit for that extra sturdy feel. Other "Click-Clack" type of sofa-beds have the legs position 1/4-in resulting in a wobble feel/puncturing feel over long term use. 2 grown adults can sit comfortably upon the unit while in sofa position. Overall, a very sturdy combo for one low price.
