Bought this bed for granddaughter (originally found it through Walmart.com but saved over $300 in shipping charges by ordering it through Amazon.com)and could not be happier! This bed is solid construction, easy to assemble and is as pretty as the picture. I read several of the reviews before purchasing so I knew to get a twin XL for the top bed and a normal twin for the bottom (both mattress' were purchased through Amazon.com as well and both are extremely comfortable - I sleep on the bottom one every so often)and they fit perfect. The trundle mattress is even 8" deep, stored with sheets on and it easily rolls under without snagging anything. I'm also impressed with how well the trundle rolls on thick carpet too. This bed completely met all my expectations and Amazon.com saved me so much money that I could make it happen. I have to admit, I'm very happy with this entire purchase.
