King Serta iComfort Genius Mattress Review

Purchased a Serta iComfort Genius, King Mattress with foundation on 11/12. Contacted the customer service after five months and filed a report about the bed not offering support and sagging where I sleep ( I only weigh 200 lbs). They sent out an inspector for $25.00 dollars and all he did was lay a string across the middle of the bed and measure the sag. I asked him to push on the bed where I sleep and feel the difference in the firmness. He said no, I just measure the sag. It was only 1/2" deep and it must be 3/4" impression to qualify for return. I had been out of the bed for 7 hours.
I explained to the inspector, the store, and Serta that it was a foam mattress. The foam recovers after you get off the bed but when you lay on it it does not offer support and sags, it just gives in, like a very old hotel bed. They say comfort is not an issue, it is the depth of the sag.
The bed is sold as a firm bed (like it was the first 2 months then rotated). The bed started out that way but after a few months it is a soft saggy bed with no support.
Warning!!! DO NOT buy a Serta iComfort bed because it loses it's support and sags in a very shot period, and Serta will not deal with your issue, and tell you to contact the retailer. The Store will not do anything and tell you to contact Serta.

As the customer service rep. told me "Comfort is not a warranty issue". Now, my neck and back aches every morning.
