We bought this unit from Amazon, and it arrived in perfect condition. The description says it includes three nitrogen cylinders, but none were included. This is something of a bummer, because they cost about $20 a pop (5 for $99).

The unit cools well, and quietly (as far as I can tell, because there are other refrigerators in the room). Once I received some nitrogen cylinders, I was able to get it working. It seems to work exactly as you would expect. Be aware that the lowest setting in 45 degrees.

If you are going to use this unit in a commercial setting, you will probably want a bulk adapter so that you can feed it off a b ottle of nitrogen or argon. This will save money in the long run over buying the $20 cylinders. I haven't gone through that much wine yet, so we are still on the first nitrogen cylinder. I wasn't able to find any estimate for how much wine a single cylinder will dispense.

All-Clad Copper Core Dutch Oven Review

Some years ago I was a professional chef, and I approach cooking in an analytical way, (cooking is science, plating is art). I learned the real value of slow cooking of some foods, especially in classical cuisine and much of ethnic cooking. The trick is a specialized slow-cook oven (expensive restaurant equipment) or a well-made Dutch oven. Assuming you are not reading this from the kitchen of a three star, the obvious choice is the Dutch oven.My first really usable Dutch oven was a 50-year-old one, 18 pounds of solid aluminum! Eventually it pitted as to become unsafe. I've tried many of the current crop, and was very disappointed at the uneven heat distribution, with the propensity of food to caramelize and eventually burn at the transition point between the flat bottom and the sides (the metal thickness at this point is critical). In my testing, this pot is far and away the best designed, finished, and certainly the best cooking Dutch oven now being produced. I purchased this item, and am thoroughly satisfied. The price for this superior "slow cooker" is steep, but if you really know how, and when to use this pot, you will marvel at the results, and it really beats the price tag of the restaurant "slow oven!" Frustration! I recieved 6pieces of damaged wood! no screws, directions, or drawers. After 2 weeks of trying to recieve a replacement I opted for a full refund. Amazon
tried to facilitate the exchange but I kept recieving excuses requesting more days due to shipper delays. I was excited about the stand but now Im so dissapointed. i've never had any issues with anything i've purchased on Amazon. Im glad I was able to recieve refund. As for the wood.pieces...those will go out with the trash.

I was looking for a modern TV stand for a 51" plasma. Loved the design and the price. The unit is faced particle board construction. It is not hardwood but the finish looks great and is durable. Construction is solid.

BUT, and this is huge for me,...the center section that is supposed to house the A/V equipment does not have wide enough bays for standard stereo components and most blu-ray players. Each bay behind the sliding glass door is only about 16" wide! How does that happen...REALLY bad design!!! Not sure how to return an 80lb. assembled piece of furniture to Amazon.
