Delivery by amazon was amazing. I got the product the next day. Assembling the chair was very simple. The screws and key to screw the top to the base was all included. All of the holes under the seat aligned well with the holes in the frame. The chair itself is very sturdy.
However, the stainless steal frame looked dull, and the bottom was scratched. I received the chair with fingerprints. The chair has a nickel finish. Think my chairs were used. The customer representative helped me with my situation by promptly replacing the chairs. Over all my experience was good.
