You will think you have a futon and your friends will think you have a nice sofa. Then you'll be all like "BLAMMO! GO TO SLEEP ON THIS." They'll be like "WHAT?" and before they know it they'll be all dreaming about what a fashionable host you are.

This piece is easy to assemble if you have an awesome partner like I do and comes with not one, not two, but THREE pillows. Booya. Enjoy that fluffy goodness. Two pillows are square and teal; one pillow is rectangular and has a floral pattern. That last one is good for hugging. Give it a squeeze and you'll see what I'm talking about but watch out because it might end up on your bed instead of your sofa.

My UPS guy, Des, is the friendliest guy ever. You probably don't care about that but you might care that this came by UPS and not by freight since it's 3lbs under the max weight for UPS delivery. That's a real bonus because freight deliveries are kind of a pain and if you have a rockin' UPS guy like I do, he'll even help you haul the one giant heavy box this thing comes in into your foyer because there's no way one person can do that alone. Des rules.

The screw holes for the drawer were not well pre-drilled, so I had to get a neighbor to drill them again for me to complete the assembly. Otherwise, everything fit and went together in about 30-40 minutes.

The completed unit looks great and works well, blend with my maple kitchen with black granite counters. It is sturdy and the natural wood looks better than laminates and painted/plastic parts. It rolls easily on hard surface floor.

Pleasant Hearth CM-3012 Large Clairmont Fireplace Glass Door Review

I've never seen anything packaged so well. It took more time to unpack this thing than it did to install it. If you visit the manufacturers website, you can watch a video on how to install these doors. I did so and didn't even need the instructions.

I selected the "Large" Clairmont design for a 36" wide fireplace. A very perfect fit. The doors span exactly 36" so when opened, I can see the whole width of the fireplace. I had considered a non bi-fold door however, when opened, the non bi-fold doors interfere with objects sitting on the hearth. Plus, the non bi-fold doors look like an open cabinet when in use. They look great when closed, but when opened, they look sort of goofy.

The picture of these doors don't do them justice. The bi-fold doors are very handsome when opened. They look like window shutters when opened and they don't interfere with anything on the hearth. When the doors are closed and the fireplace is not in use, the smoked glass and screen doors hide the ugly fireplace from view. The doors are very heavy (shipping weight was 57 pounds). You can feel the weight when you open and close them. The glass doors and screen doors are held shut by magnets when closed. The screen doors are single (non bi-fold) doors and sit about an inch behind the glass doors when closed.

Unlike the Ascot design, the Clairmont is more of a framed box design (it has depth). It accented the fireplace nicely and fit well against a non smooth surface. The Ascot design looks like it would be better suited for a smooth marble fireplace.

Like all glass doors, you keep them open when the fire is burning. Only the screen doors should be closed to prevent embers from escaping. After the fire dies down you can close the glass doors without fear of them cracking from the heat.

Sauder Panel TV Stand with Post - Estate Black Review

Looks good, serves it's purpose and wasn't too difficult to assemble. We have the tv mounted on the pole and find it stable and like the fact that we can rotate it a little.

One issue we had is the mounting panel for the tv covers some of the connections for things like the power cord to the tv and where the HDMI cables connect. This may be an issue only for our tv which is a Samsung. You need to check this before you start attaching the mounting back piece. Also, mounting the tv is the most difficult part of the assembly. Make sure you have two strong people to do it.

This product is a good idea in theory, but suffers from poor craftsmanship and materials. The wood is not spruce but pine. Most of the pieces were warped, so there was a great deal of force needed to make the holes line up. Plus, key pieces of wood (with the hole for screws) were the worst, splintered pieces. It works for now, but isn't really worth the $200 it cost (definitely not worth the "full price" of $350) , what with the back pain and splinters required to assemble. I don't know if it will ever be possible to disassemble and reassemble if I need to move it.
