It has a small leak on the shower head portion but I am currently working with their customer support team to get it fixed. Overall, this is a beast of a shower. Pretty annoying to install but that isn't the products just the connections behind the wall. Really a great deal for the price. My wife and I looked at other trim kits and found this and it costs about the same as a normal run of the mill trim kit.
