So this is one heavy bed nothing cheap or flimsy about the actual frame. But the center supports that are there to support the mattress and box spring have failed. The actual feet that adjust to support them have stripped out ND SHOVED UP INSIDE OF THE ACTUAL LEGS. if you try to "unscrew them " they fall out or feel out by them selves. When I contacted the manufacturer they offered to provide me new parts but they come as a kit. So I have to buy side rails that I do not need to just get the center supports. 150.00 for most parts I do not need. its a shame that such well made bed had such a cheaply made important part. trying to decide to spend the money or just junk it and go with a better built brand.
