This thing is a true beast. This thing screams on 2s batteries and is almost uncontrollable on 3s. I have a brushless Traxxas stampede with a CC SV2 4600kv system on in and the only thing the stampede has over it is the ground clearance. For bashing through tall grass the stampede takes it only because of the ground clearance. My stampede is heavily modified and find myself reaching for the Savage XS over it a lot of the time. If you ever only buy one electric truck bro buy this one. Under 3 bills new just need your own lipo batteries and a charger. This truck really only has one downfall, and that is with all the 1/10 scale bits and pieces it can be a little cramped working on at times but not to bad. But the best part for me is being able to use the same batteries that fit the stampede with the Savage XS. Highly recommend Turnigy Nanotech batteries, great price and the performance is amazing. Hope this helps someone out.
