The first air conditioner's sound was extremely loud (energy saver so loud when the air conditioner that I woke up). I put the phone up to the phone for Amazon to hear, and they agreed about the loudness. I sent back asking that I receive a brand new air conditioner because when the maintenance man installed it, he suspected the air conditioner had been a used return I told Amazon this, and asked that the stress to let the company know that I was paying for a NEW air conditioner. The second air conditioner came, on time, with broken packing, open instructions, box mangled - we did not even take it out of the box. Third air conditioner came and the front panel broke. I have it with a little sealing tape. I had to pay $50 to install both air conditioners. The product is not cool. So why, you ask, that I would keep the product. My complex only allows 4 air conditioners. Three of which would have cost $1200 for air conditioner (after installation, etc.) that I kept with Friedrich.

I probably deserve money back in full, but I have to live with this now. Still loud.
