A very hiqh-quality piece, this is my third or fourth Weber gas grill, not counting the several charcoal kettles I've had over the years. Quite heavy, much more than my Genesis model that it replaced. I read the reviews before purchasing and want to reinforce the need to buy the proper (and non-vented!) cover for this grill. If you leave it uncovered in the rain, be prepared for a real mess. The grease collection system acts like its supposed to, funneling everything that falls through the grate into the drip pan - including rain that gets in through all the vent holes above the burners. Even a moderate rain, 1/2 inch or less, will fill the drip pan to overflowing and the grease inside will float off the top and into the interior cabinet. Unpleasant and messy to clean up.
The cover you want is the Weber 7554 premium cover for the Summit 400-series.
